The development of restaurants

"Stou Rousha" was fueled by the passion to prepare and serve mom's authentic traditional home-made flavors.

On October 1, 2010, the founders Kostas and Lia Rousha opened the first restaurant "Stou Rousha" in a restored monument in the old town of Larnaca. Today, Nicosia and Kato Drys also have their own "Stou Rousha" restaurants.

The restaurants "Stou Rousha" are known for attracting a fairly large crowd that includes families, young groups, and professionals. Our spaces are ideal for celebrating anniversaries, organizing business lunches or simply enjoying a nice meal

with your friends!

We are open daily for lunch and dinner. We offer freshly cooked food, charcoal-grilled options, fresh handmade pasta, various hot and cold appetizers and delicious vegetarian dishes, all made with great care and always with the best and freshest ingredients.
